Important patent action won at the Danish High Court

Partner at Plesner, Peter-Ulrik Plesner recently won a patent action instituted against Pfizer by a generic producer of medicinal products concerning infringement and the validity of Pfizer's patents protecting its product Zarator – the world's best-selling medicinal product.
