Advent International acquires ILVA A/S

As Danish legal adviser to Advent International, Plesner Svane Grønborg assisted in the acquisition of ILVA A/S. Advent International is one of the largest private equity investors in the world and since 1984 it has acquired more than 500 companies in 35 countries. ILVA A/S is the second largest chain of furniture stores in Denmark, and Advent International plans to introduce ILVA to the European market.
