She is very experienced in commercial dispute resolution, including in Danish and international arbitration proceedings. In the area of construction law she has advised on and conducted arbitration in respect of one of the largest construction projects in Denmark, the Copenhagen Metro.
From 2001 to 2010, Vivi was an external lecturer in European Union Law at the University of Copenhagen.
