Martin Andreas Gravengaard

Martin Andreas Gravengaard provides advice on all aspects of Danish and EU competition law. His experience includes abuse of dominance, merger control, complaints, horizontal agreements and vertical agreements in particular exclusive distribution, selective distribution and franchise agreements.

Martin has previously worked for 12 years as in-house counsel for VELUX and the Danish incumbent telecommunications operator, TDC, for many years exclusively as competition law compliance manager.

Martin has consequently acquired extensive experience in assessing the behavior of dominant undertakings and with establishing and developing an effective compliance programme in undertakings with considerable market strength.
