The Board Academy

Plesner organises The Board Academy (Bestyrelsesakademiet) in cooperation with the Faculty of Law at the University of Copenhagen.

Senior executive training

The Bord Academy is senior executive training which reflects the increasing professionalism of the work as a director. The training includes a comprehensive and systematic training programme and is therefore an important instrument in the development of the executive's personal qualifications and management skills.

The duration of The Board Academy is four days and it takes place in November each year. The content of the training is planned by Professor, Doctor of Laws, Jan Schans Christensen and the attorneys and partners of Plesner Jacob Bier and Steen E. Christensen.

Instructors

The instructors at The Board Academy are executives, attorneys, lawyers and accountants and professors who each are among the front runners within their respecitve field of expertice. The training is certified by the University of Copenhagen.

Participants

The training is aimed at executives in listed companies and other large companies who already are or aspire to be elected as directors. 30-35 participants will be selected.
