We are also able to provide assistance to foreign insurance companies that wish to set up branch offices in Denmark or offer insurance products under the freedom of services rules in the Single Market and the EEA area.

We have assisted a number of Danish and foreign companies with establishments and restructurings and we frequently advise on the adjustment of foreign insurance products for the Danish market.
