• negotiations with the relevant local authorities about planning issues and environmental challenges in connection with the completion of projects irrespective of whether the residential area is to be used for the building of flats or standard houses
• advice on setting-up and continuing expansion of houseowners' associations and owners' associations in connection with the completion of the individual stages of the construction

Close dialogue with our clients

We draft the contractual basis to end users in close dialogue with our clients and we complete the transactions. In case of a sale of resident-owned flats we ensure that consumer protection legislation is observed for the benefit of our clients
