Infrastructure

Low business-cycle sensitivity, long time frames and stable returns make infrastructure investments attractive. However, such investments are both technically, legally and financially complicated, which means that it may take some time before an idea is developed till action is taken.

In order to be able to provide targeted legal advice and provide a general overview for our clients, we have consolidated the necessary skills into one team that is dedicated to and focused on infrastructure projects.

Our team

Our team is composed of partners and attorneys who have extensive experience and expertise in all legal fields relating to infrastructure projects. One person is an expert in construction law, another is an expert in procurement law and a third is a specialist in investment and financing

All the other attorneys in the team contribute with the skills, the experience and the legal expertise that enable us to provide targeted advice during all the stages of an infrastructure project.

The combination of our skills lifts our advice to a higher level and at the same time the team's various skills create a forum for systematic knowledge sharing, continuously developing our expertise, focusing on the client's needs.

Advice during all stages

We base our legal advice on infrastructure projects on an overall consideration. It means that we provide full-service advice during all the stages of a project and that we incorporate all current and potential risks and factors in our work. Accordingly, the client is sure that the project proceeds safely from the first idea to the later stages. A successful infrastructure project consists of many part elements and our overview creates the basis for the necessary synergies between such elements.
