We advise national and multinational undertakings – suppliers as well as customers – on the legal aspects in relation to digital information technology.

We provide advice on all relevant types of contracts in IT law, including agreements on:

• procurement and implementation of standard systems, including use of standard agreements such as K01 and K02
• hosting
• facility management
• implementation of ERP and CRM systems
• maintenance and support of IT systems
• operation of IT systems
• consultancy services.

We were involved in founding the Association of Danish IT Attorneys and Niels Christian Ellegaard is a member of the board of that association. We are also a member of FDIH (The Danish Distance Selling and E-business Association).
