If a dispute arises out of the employment, we assist our clients with providing solutions. The conflict may involve any issue relating to the employment relationship but often the conflict occurs in connection with dismissals, summary dismissals, violation of non-competition clauses/the Danish Marketing Practices Act or discrimination of the employees.

Knowing full well that litigation can be a costly and strenuous affair for the parties involved, we often try first to amicably resolve the parties' dispute.

Legal proceedings and arbitration proceedings

However, if it is not possible to reach a satisfactory settlement, we have extensive experience in conducting legal proceedings and arbitration proceedings and we also act as arbitrators. We have conducted several cases of general public importance concerning for instance incentive schemes, violation of non-competition clauses and the Danish Marketing Practices Act.
