We have a strong position on the Danish market and we have acted as the principal advisor on a number of prominent projects.

We also advise on the establishment of houseowners' associations and owners' associations, distributional numbers, allocation of costs relating to the establishment of infrastructure and outdoor areas, etc.

Completion of development and sale of projects

We advise on all aspects of the completion of the development together with Plesner's specialists, including:

• financing
• construction law issues and dispute resolution
