We provide assistance to injured parties and the businesses that have caused the tort. We advise them on how to regulate and coordinate product liability by use of contracts, general terms and conditions of sale and delivery, terms and conditions of purchase as well as insurance cover.

High-profile cases

We are conducting a number of high-profile cases in the area. The department has, among others, represented Danish businesses and insurance companies in product liability cases in the United States. Mikael Rosenmejer and Torben Bondrup also represent the tobacco industry in cases involving possible product liability for the damaging effects of tobacco in the Nordic countries.
