Collective agreements
Collective agreements regulate a large part of the Danish labour market and in many areas they replace or supplement the protective legislation that applies to employment relationships that are not regulated by collective agreements.
Collective agreements
An employer will usually be bound by the collective agreements by the employer's membership of an employers' association, by the adoption of a collective agreement or by the acquisition of a business that is regulated by a collective agreement.
Some examples of our services:
- advising on requirements relating to collective agreements from employee organisations
- concluding, negotiating and terminating collective agreements and local agreements, including any renewals
- interpreting collective agreements
- participating in industrial procedures, including mediation meetings and joint meetings
- advising on the duties of information and consultation as a result of co-operation agreements
- advising on the risk of labour law conflicts
